Sealeys Walker Jarvis are pleased to be able to recommend to our vendors and buyers a range of additional services to help them with their property journey.

None of these services are obligatory and you are free to use any service provider of your choice. If you decide to use one of our recommended providers please be assured that this will NOT increase the fees you pay them, which will remain as quoted to you.

If you choose to use a provider recommended by us we will receive the following fee/commission from the provider:

• Carbon FC for financial services advice £300 or 24% of their fee
• Property Surveys through Optimus up to £135
• Homey – Solicitor Referrals £100 plus VAT
